Relay/Motor Driver-CN8001

The CN8001 is an H-bridge motor driver for driving reversible motors, one DC motor, one winding of a stepper motor, or other loads. The CN8001 operates from a motor supply voltage of 2.5V to 6V, and it can provide up to 0.8A of output current depending on logic control. The CN8001 is controlled by two input pins. Two on/off inputs determine the output mode: forward, reverse, coasting, or braking. When both inputs are low, very low standby circuit current can be achieved. The CN8001 is available in DFN2x2-8, SOT23-6, SOP-8, or ESOP-8 packages.
