Relay/Motor Driver-CN8033

The CN8033 is an H-bridge motor driver for driving reversible motors, which can drive one DC motor, one winding of a stepper motor, or other loads. The CN8033 operates from a motor supply voltage of 4V to 24V, and depending on the logic control, it can provide an output current of up to 1.5A (ESOP-8) or 0.65A (SOT23-6). It has a 3.5A current limit protection. The CN8033 is controlled by two input pins. Two on/off inputs determine the output mode: forward, reverse, coasting, or braking. When both inputs are low, very low standby circuit current can be achieved. The CN8033 is available in SOT23-6, SOP-8, or ESOP-8 packages.
