LDO-CN87MXXX

CN87MXXX is a high-precision low-dropout regulator manufactured using BCD technology. It can provide up to 500mA output current and only 0.6μA quiescent current. It consists of a reference voltage generator, an error amplifier, a current foldback circuit, a phase compensation circuit and a drive transistor.
