Relay/Motor Driver-CN8001B

The CN8001B is an H-bridge motor driver for driving reversible motors, which can drive one DC motor, one winding of a stepper motor, or other loads. The CN8001B operates from a motor supply voltage of 2.7V to 6V, and can provide up to 0.8A of output current depending on logic control. The CN8001B is controlled by two input pins. Two on/off inputs determine the output mode: forward, reverse, coasting, or braking. When both inputs are low, very low standby circuit current can be achieved. The CN8001B is available in a SOT23-6L package.
