Three-terminal positive regulators-CN78L05

CN78L05 The voltage regulator design of this fixed voltage monolithic integrated circuit has a wide range of applications. These applications include on-card regulation to eliminate noise and distribution problems associated with single-point regulation. In addition, they can be used with power transfer elements to create high current regulators. Each of these regulators can provide up to 100mA of output current. The internal current limiting and thermal shutdown features of these regulators make them essentially immune to overloads. The CN78L05 is available in a SOT-89 package.
