Non-isolated DCDC-CN2204

The CN2204TER is a high efficiency DC-DC synchronous buck converter with 1A continuous output current capability. With a wide input voltage range from 5.5V to 38V, it is suitable for a wide range of applications for power conditioning from unregulated source. CN2204TER integrates a main power switch and synchronous rectifier switch with low RDSON to minimize the conduction loss. The self-compensated peak current PWM control scheme is adopted with a fixed switching frequency of 600kHz, which allows the use of small external components. CN2204TER also features ultra-low quiescent operating current with PFM mode under light load to get high efficiency over a whole load condition range The CN2204TER also employs cycle by cycle current limit and hiccup OCP and Output short protections, as well as OVP and thermal shutdown. CN2204TER is available in SOT23-6L package.
